How Israeli Mortgages WorkBanks require you to split your loan across multiple tracks (maslu'lim). Prime floats with the Bank of Israel rate — cheap when rates are low, risky when they rise. Fixed is locked for the full term — predictable but higher. CPI-linked has a low rate but your balance rises with inflation. Most advisors recommend ⅓ in each track.
